Many of you have asked us to add new marketplaces in the past and know it can take anywhere from a week to 6 months to add new inventory sources. No more! We will be able to add almost any marketplace request within just two business days. From the largest primary marketplaces like Ticketmaster, TicketFly, and Telecharge to the small niche inventory sources 1ticket has you covered. Don’t wait – if there is a marketplace you use that we don’t support let us know. Our development team will start work on supporting it ASAP.

On Tuesday, July 12th 1ticket will begin placing tickets on hold for StubHub from low to high, unless specific seat numbers are provided in the sale notification. This is a change from the current system where seats are held high to low. This change will ONLY affect StubHub. This change is necessary to avoid denied entries that result from an issue with the way StubHub processes instant download orders. Ticketmaster has provided 1Ticket with some of the most powerful tools the primary landscape has seen in regards to broker relationships that will allow us to collect your purchase data and PDFs faster than ever. Our development team is already hard at work adding support to 1Ticket for Ticketmaster’s API suite. More details to come as our integration is finalized!
