Hello Everybody! It was great seeing so many of you at Summit. We talked about a lot of stuff and I wanted to give an update on a big one -full auto everywhere!
When we say “full auto” what we mean is complete automation of the sale process:
- monitoring the marketplace for new sales
- placing the tickets on hold in the POS
- confirming the sale with the marketplace
- invoicing the tickets in the POS
- fulfilling the order if e-tickets are available
Our goal is to offer full auto on every marketplace that supports it. We promised you that we would work hard to add marketplaces and we’ve already made progress. We now offer full auto for:
- StubHub
- Vivid
- Ticket Evolution
- TickPick
- ScoreBig
- TicketCity
- Razorgator
In addition there are a handful of marketplaces we are in the process of building out. These should all be complete in the next week or two:
- GameTime
- FanXchange
- Rukkus
- PremiumSeatsUSA
- TicketsNow/EI/TM+
- Charged.fm
- TicketMonster
If you have a favorite marketplace that we didn’t list send it over – we’ll reach out to their developers to get moving with integration.
