On Tuesday, July 12th 1ticket will begin placing tickets on hold for StubHub from low to high, unless specific seat numbers are provided in the sale notification. This is a change from the current system where seats are held high to low. This change will ONLY affect StubHub.
This change is necessary to avoid denied entries that result from an issue with the way StubHub processes instant download orders. In some cases StubHub is not specifying which seat numbers are sold in instant download orders.
Although you can opt out we highly suggest you do not. If you do decide to opt out 1Ticket will not assist in resolving any denied entries that result from problems relating to this issue.
StubHub is aware of the problem on their end but has not provided us a timeline on when it will be resolved.
