Ticketmaster has provided 1Ticket with some of the most powerful tools the primary landscape has seen in regards to broker relationships that will allow us to collect your purchase data and PDFs faster than ever. Our development team is already hard at work adding support to 1Ticket for Ticketmaster’s API suite. More details to come as our integration is finalized!

We are happy to announce our new partnership with viagogo. Sell more tickets across more avenues because diversity is key. If you do not already have an account but would like one let us know and we will take care of the rest. Viagogo is the leading secondary marketplace outside the US. With a strong US support team and a major marketing effort we expect to see their US sales volume rise steadily.

Due to changes on eBay’s side Rocketposter stopped offering their eBay service last week. This left a vacuum in the marketplace. Many brokers still find eBay useful and requested that 1ticket support ListEasy, the only other large eBay listing service for brokers. We are pleased to announce the support of full auto for Rukkus!  1ticket has been supporting Rukkus for autohold / auto invoice since the summer of 2014.  As of today we now also support auto confirm and fulfill.  Rukkus is an up and coming marketplace that we have seen excellent growth with over the past year.  We encourage you to use them as another avenue to move inventory.  If you’d like to get setup and/or activate full auto please let us know.

1ticket now supports full auto for Razorgator!  This means that 1ticket can hold / confirm / invoice / fulfill your Razorgator orders – all without any intervention on your part.  If you don’t yet have a Razorgator account please let us know.  We will be happy to put you in touch with the right people at Razorgator to get set up.
